Gettysburg Consulting facilitates the innovative @COSLead leadership program to build capacity to lead 21st century schools and build confident, creative and engaged learners.
The program supports current and aspiring school leaders towards accreditation at higher levels and generally with career guidance, coaching and mentoring. It can be adapted to suit the needs of school communities and individual current and aspiring leaders.
Participants are supported to lead improvement, innovation and change within their context.
