Rodney Levett founded Gettysburg Consulting in 2010 after a 20-year career in Human Resources in the Pharma / Biotech, IT, Telecommunications, Healthcare equipment and Consumer Electronics sectors. He has worked at Director level in Australia / New Zealand for Aventis (now sanofi-aventis) and and his experience also includes global responsibilities for Hoffman La Roche. Apart from generalist HR roles he has worked as a consultant in employee assessment processes and operational process design and improvement.
His experience in executive talent recruitment, assessment and development covers all management disciplines. He has led the introduction of large-scale recruitment and assessment techniques in Australia and internationally.
Rodney has a Bachelor of Commerce (University of NSW) and an MBA (Macquarie Graduate School of Management).
Rodney’s passion is finding and nurturing talented leaders, positioning them so they can achieve their own career dreams and in turn drive the success of the organizations they lead. Throughout his career he has demonstrated the skill of finding the right leaders and ensuring their placement where they can add the most value.
